Simple and handsome commemorative quartz watch produced for 1994 graduates of the Nihon University College of Law. One good reason to stay in law school! I've managed to track down a couple of these and they always seem to be pretty popular. White dial features applied baton indices, the university crest, and the scales of justice.
In excellent condition with some minor marking and wear. 7N21 movement is keeping good time. Fitted to a deadstock Seiko black leather strap.
