Simple 90s era quartz tank with gold plated case, crown, handset and indices. The highlight here is the beautiful gold snowflake texture dial that shifts as it captures the light - nice! Caseback engraving indicates that this was issued as a commemorative award from the City of Hokkaido.
In good condition, working well and keeping good time. Case has some light marking but has retained plenty of gold plating. Dial and crystal are clean. Some scratching on the caseback. Currently fitted to a black leather strap with some wear and scuffing but still has plenty of life left.
